A safe, confidential collaboration to explore your concerns, enhance self-understanding and improve your mental health and well-being.

Based in Plymouth, Devon.

Why counselling?

Life is not always plain sailing but sometimes we find ourselves in a rut with no obvious way out. We might feel anxious, ashamed, disappointed to our core, let down by others or unfulfilled. We might be traumatised by some event and struggling to move on. Or it could be something that’s built up slowly over time – initially hard to spot but now a drag on our quality of life.

Often friends and family are our first port of call, but it’s not always appropriate. We might not want our loved ones to hear our inner-most thoughts. That’s when talking to a counsellor can be the right choice.

Treetop Counselling provides a safe, confidential environment where you can express yourself free of judgement and criticism. You can say what’s on your mind and know that you’ll be heard and understood. Together, collaboratively, we’ll search for the answers within you – to remove the roadblocks that prevent you from moving forwards productively. We’ll aim to give you the tools to find longer-term solutions and the courage to take that first step.

No problem is too complex. No issue too deep-seated. In adversity, there is an opportunity. For everyone.
